'Blood on the Land'

Contemporay interpretation of the bloody

"This land of myth and mystery, as shapes and colours flow"

I wanted to transfer the colours

of the Scottish landscape into a modern form and convey the ever-changing flow of energy

that travels across our land.

It's a living breathing entity touched by a bloody history. Hence the blooded lips -

'the voices of the past'.
